We test all material that we process in 20,000 lb. Lots. Every Lot is tested in our testing lab by our own lab technician. A certificate of analysis that contains the tensile, durometer, elongation, Mooney viscosity, and moisture content for each lot is then issued.
Tread grade Styrene Butadiene Rubber
Virgin, uncured polymer- NOT tire reclaim
Contains no curatives or fillers
Medium Viscosity polymer
Good weather ageing and abrasion properties
Some Applications are tires, off road tires, retreads, conveyor belts and matting.
Product is shipped in wigwag or slabs on a heat-treated pallet
Approximately 2,204 pounds per pallet (1 MT)
Talc is used as a partitioning agent unless customer requests different
We do not double stack our pallets
